Charming building situated in the historical center of Bologna, near the University. Centrally located near the following services: post offices, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants (including a well-known self-service restaurant in the area) pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, movies, theaters and public garages. It is also well serviced by public transportation and is just a short distance from the train station, accessible on foot or by bus lines 36 and 37.
If you arrive by car, the exit from the Tangenziale is the Number 7 exit (Bologna Centro – Stalingrado), then you continue directly to the center until you arrive at Via irnerio. Daily parking permits, which include the cost of one daily bus ticket, are available for purchase within in our accomodation for € 7.00.
3 Master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each are available within a large apartment on the 1st floor, with elevator service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each has its own color TV.
The Master bedroom can also be rented as a single room, on occasion.
The common rooms available to all guests are: foyer, large kitchen, and 2 spacious bathrooms each with a shower.

Orsola Hospital (7 minutes); to Malpighi Hospital (8 minutes); to Bellaria Hospital (30 minutes); Line 93 to Maggiore Hospital – bus stop on Via Irnerio Sferisterio (11 minutes); Line 30 to Rizzoli Hospital – bus stop at Bologna Centrale Train Station (20 minutes); Line BLQ to Bologna Airport – bus stop on Via Indipendenza (15 minutes).
